Due to the natural elements impacting efficacy of our services, we issue refunds to services administered improperly after an investigation by our elite experts.

In most cases you have paid for services and and seen the results of using them and in some cases a diminished efficiency based on certain weather conditions. In most events like these Grandscape Landscape will do everything in its power within legal rights to ensure that the lack is made up to you in some way. However, as the EPA and other environmental authorities are constantly changing their regulations, which influences our ability to treat for certain conditions, there can be no iron-clad promises made or refunds expected. That would be beyond the scope and ability of Grandscape Landscape.

However, we DO suggest that if you ARE having issues, you let us try to help you – submit an email pertaining to the issue to gl@grandscapelandscape.com or call (972) 400-6461 before you decide to cancel. Often it’s a simple fix to get things set right or get conditions controled for you again, or to determine why something broke – we’re here to help.

If you feel that you were inappropriately charged for a service, or would like to speak to someone about a refund for a different reason, please submit an email to gl@grandscapelandscape.com or call (972) 400-6461.

In the event an account is cancelled/terminated by Grandscape Landscape for violating our terms of service, the account will not qualify for a refund. For example, if your account is cancelled due to an animal attack you will not be given any refund. We believe strongly in upholding good and morale etiquette in ALL of our proceedings and encourage our clients to do the same.
